Real Product Testing and Feedback

The customer tested the brushes in actual use and provided detailed feedback based on their experience.

Regarding the sable brushes, the customer commented:

“The quality of the Sable is very good and they are well formed with a good point and bristle alignment.”

The feedback was not limited to positive comments. The customer also shared specific observations about smaller brush sizes, including bristle length and paint capacity, as well as preferences regarding the handle length of the dry brushes.

The project therefore moved forward based on actual product testing and detailed customer feedback, rather than specifications alone.

From Samples to Bulk Production

Following the sample evaluation, the project progressed to bulk production.

Two miniature brush set ranges with different sizes were produced with the customer's logo and branding.

The cooperation continued beyond the first production order. A second order followed, including customized handle colors.

The Result

Within eight months, the customer placed two production orders with a combined value of approximately USD 21,000.

What started with sample testing developed into bulk production, repeat orders and further product customization.
